That's wierd. You may need to work with it a bit. I have several of them and they work like champs for me.

Then toss in an understanding of that people have crap happen in their lives where they have to cut back.
I figure that people will do what they can when they can and if they have to stop I thank them for what they've done vs being upset at them leaving..
They told me what kind of hearts they had by just joining and thats good enough for me.
