    BIOS 0803 is the most stable BIOS available for my system.

    IntelBurnTest 25 passes and 6 Hours Prime95 + Unreal Tournament 2004 stable.

    Here's a screen shot with tREF at 4352T. The GFlops are a little higher, with tREF 4352T for 1117MHz than with tREF at 3120T set by the BIOS, as expected.

    7800/(1000/DRAM)

    Example: 800MHz -> 7800/(1000/400MHz)=3120 -> 3120T

    7800/(1000/554)=4321 -> 4321T is the tREF that you can use for 1108MHz

    I didn't, it's MemSet Version 4. I used Bar_Edit to change the tREF timing and MemSet to verify that the timing is right.

    OK thanks, now one question more I tryed to figure out what registers to change, but a lof of different registers change in bar_edit when you change tref timing with memset, is there anywhere written what register is for what?

    I've got this from mikeyakame.

    The registers you need to change are: FED14260 08 and FED14660 08

    See the screen shots. It's for changing tREF from 3120T for 800MHz to 4352T for 1117MHz.

    To verify that tREF is correct you can use MemSet or Everest Ultimate Edition.
