Moving away from AMD need suggestions for i7 build...

    Few questions....

This is what I am looking at:

    GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD4P
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128374

    OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 + i7 920
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.161264

I am looking to oc my 920 as close to 4ghz as possible.

1)How much of a difference does the more expensive UD5P extreme mobo make?
2)Is this decent budget ram for this platform?

How much do you guys know about x58 supporting future 32nm gulftown?

Any advice would be appreciated. As you can tell from my sig, its been a while...

I don't think you need to spend huge money to hit 4Ghz on a decent 920. I'm at 3.6Ghz on stock voltage, so the chips overclock incrediably easy.
