I bought a G9 from CC, and I honestly think the G7 and G5 is more comfy.

They are more comfy than the G9, but I found the shape of the G9 to be better for gaming (at least for me). It isn't the best mouse for 24/7 use though.

Yea, your right sometimes I wanna hook up my old mx500 lol, I would think this whole time I would perfer the fat grip but the skinny grip feels better for some reason.

I like the skinny grip better too. It's easier to control the mouse compared to the fat one.

same here, i got g5, g7 and g9 . and its much comfortable to use g7 and g5 if your already use to it, i use g9 sometimes when playing cs source but all of them are good mouse
