mtenda isnt running under load in that screen as far as I can see. minimum temps say so, max temps are like 4c over minimum, which would be when he started cpuz.

Realtemp says 98.7% load, and he has a green (running) prime 95 icon in the system tray. He must have opened realtemp after prime95 was already running. This would explain the low delta between min and max temp. However, at 5mins recorded load, I might assume the temps will get higher though........
