Postal money order, wire transfer thru banks, Wells fargo..

No Not yet,

But if you PM MovieMan (Dave) your telephone number, he will discuss the matter with you in great detail, outlining your responsbilities of being an "admin"

I'd heard that you had to drink goat's blood and that it was a branding iron not a rubber stamp.

The part about Dave though is incorrect - they only bring him out for capital offenses.

There's also one critical part of the ceremony that involves the sacrifice of a female virgin. That has delayed many appointments for months or even years. I keep arguing that a male virgin would work just fine and they're so much easier to find (hint: WoW). But nobody ever listens to me.

It's easy to set up a paypal account with a credit card. They'll ask you to add a bank acct too, but that's optional. Once you verify your email address and they validate the card, you're good to go. Takes about 5 minutes tops.

is he running his own server and own pipe?? I use godaddy and get unlimited everything for $135 a year. But having your own server has plenty of benefits.. I wish I could do it.
