    found me 3x256mb D9DCD's stock on them is DDR533 4-4-4-12

    i appear to have killed my phenom II trying to push these ROFL


    sticks and cpu are in the freezer now wonder i they will post again

    yep it locks on det dram according to my LCD post readout thingy

    albiet i was runnign the ram@3.5v and all the things relating to DRAM @+10mv

    Man , why didn't you buy some 1066 DDR2 which are very cheap, i hope that they will replace your CPU amd MB at RMA.

    pushing older d9's is fun i have a stick of hnh thou it wont go much past 450mhz at cas 6

    i have some good 2x2GB that does 1260+ this was just for fun

    it is these should go higher i have seen cas 5 1200 on these but that was @3.6v and i'm topped out@3.5v need to figure out how to get this mobo up to 4v

    i killed some 1066 Reaper by running them at 1250 for a bit. @2.21v

    Sorry but that is hilarious. Isn't ~2.2v max for the PII?

    Grab an intel platform for DDR2 overclocking. AMD can't handle it.

    You killed IMC, its similar to problem that has i7. 45nm + IMC = low voltages only.. tough Phenom II can survive much more than just funny 1.65V.

    Anyway.. nice OC, over 100%

    they didn't want to boot anymore after like 3 days of abuse but i tossed them in the freezer hopefully they will be good as new

    I have some 512gb sticks by Geil (PC8500) pushed up to 650 atmo with 3v, but should take 3,5v like yours to get 700, but never on PHII or I7 platforme xD

    hehe i played with them on my athlon 64 90nm chip and they clock just as high with no ill effects on the cpu
