    I've had AMD systems..First machine I ver built for myself was a AMD slot A 700..Excellent machine.
    Dear Old still uses a Xp1600 on a asus K7V-266 I think..
    Getting time to upgrade her system I think.
    Had a FX51 here for awhile.. Excellent single core system.
    It is now doing duty as the main machine for an older couple and she loves it..
    Leadtek Ti-4600 in it..
    Still a nice daily driver.

    are you trying to tell us that teasing campaign that’s going on in this room is crossing beyond tolerable threshold... or did you really got some "green" CPU and are continuing this unbearable teasing?!
    Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following the release of Flash Player 10.1.

    Neither, I've just "heard" that this little beast is going to be something you'll all like..
    And trust me, the chances of AMD sending ME a cpu to test are slim and none.. and forget slim!

    Hey chew, you may want to download cpu-z 1.50 so we can all see what model this chip is

    I hope we see overclocks like this for the final retail products. Great work chew

    Board is defrosting, cpu will be back in it in a few.....

    Up and running again, tossed it on prime at stock volts to get an idea of what the chips ballpark clock is supposed to be...

    Allright guys,

    Don't quote me on this but I believe this is a 945 BE C2 revision.

    As far as using 1.50 it makes not one difference.........its still id's it as ES.

    None of that is important though they could call it 20K leagues under the sea edition for all I care, results are what is really important.

    That said it appears that if AMD so chooses to they can most certainly release a 3.2g part with 1.250v default vcore ( thats what bios reads it at by default )

    Now if this chip stays true to my scaling chart ( i have not tested it yet except 3.7 at default ) it takes .10 volts per 200mhz idle stable.

    This is my guess not including suicide etc windows idle stable enough to screenshot, paste in paint, save and reboot without crashing.

    1.25 = 3.7
    1.35 = 3.9
    1.45 = 4.1
    1.55 = 4.3 etc etc
    This is all providing temps can be kept under control, sounds good in theory now onto actual practice.

    Unfortunately 4.3 is eluding me for now idle stable, It may be temp related, I have a "real" heatsink on the way finally so hopefully I can determine this later in the week.

    OMG that nice. Seems like their processing is becoming more refined. Of course if that chip IS a 945

    That is some impressive scaling! Now these chips also work with AM2+ boards as well, so you could run ddr2 with them.. do you think the clocks would scale the same way, or would the mem hold the chip back a bit?

    4.3 validated forgot to type my whole screen name in

    I can confirm now that its most certainly temp related, Maybe I will let you in on how I worked around it later

    stock bus speed is shown in screenshots.....Raising multiplier only just makes my ram/motherboard happy I have 2 options. 207 or 267.......the latter which is more complicated to finely tune NB/HT speeds with....

    I noticed you have ACC disabled, does it help for stability on these new chips?
