my total expences makes a total of 660 euros = 917 dollars..........

first time i ever ordered something from abroad, it would have been nice tho if there was information about extra costs for people outside the US..
maybe i can get some tax back, have to check....
That's what i meant when asking for extra hidden cost. I was not sure about the extra tax fee. 19% vat is included in the final price of the product. Maybe this extra tax is because the product come from US. I really hate this Where r u from Ace/pinto?

I'm from france but the problem is from corsair webshop which didn't put the VAT paid on the bill use to be control by UPS (and certainly didn't paid UPS with the amount collect as VAT), only the initial 579.99$ not the VAT or the shipping cots.

    its country depenten ..

in denmark , they have just recently up the rate you can buy/import as a private person, its 280$ or sth, everything more than that, gets taxed with the applying tax rate in denmark + an additional fee on 15$ or sth, duo to the cost of handling the "problem", thats how it goes in denmark

bachus - you know if Corsair have had any thoughts on the 3GB sets yet? I think the price of 6GB is gonna put some folk off whereas the 3GB set is much more accessible....

....thought perhaps this wasn't supposed to appeal to the masses

i can run linX in 19x200 on 1.23 volts fine my temps stay cool enough, but when i go 20x200 i need at least 1.38 volts.. 200 mhz makes such a difference in volt and my temps go over 90 !
