Mate you run with my same luck on this new chips, don't get descouraged as i did, this was my second Q9650 and still don't get a good one...Also i talked to radaja that had the same problems than on my MF2 and In my country i can't RMA the board for that...so you can imagine...
Zucker2k
You are right to start ocing on that way
On my personal experience on this chips i must say that are awesome, they can boot higher clocks with very low volts, thing that i couldn't do with my 65nm quads, but to get it stable on the MF2 was a nightmare i put all my experience, many ppl here helped me a lot on tips but 2 was a months nightmare 1 day stable next hours not and so on, so...I quit i will be going to UD3P and if possible get a better chip
As for stuck sensors I must admit that's a shocking experience, my L825B513 was my first 45nm came in the old box, I did all the burn in and had it for a month on low volts (1,32), then start going up litle by little. I don't know if that affects OC or not but's really you must admit that something has to be wrong inside the chip and kindy annoying for the end user.
Either way we all know that this is like this and we can only keep going forward
PortCitySlim the best for you on your next chip
Zucker2k keep going very nice clocks there![]()
If anyone spots a nice Q9650 just tell me so this poor Uruguayan doesn't get "more" crazy on the search
Cheers to all
