I dont think the 1.65v will work with that voltage, but I cant say is 100% confirmed.

A read a post on the Asus forums about someone successfully using the Mushkin tri-channel kit on his SEII. He says his system is finally stable after moving from his OCZ sticks to those.

    will work

It will work, those sticks are no different than the ddr3 we use in our boards now, they just run on much lower voltage, and use different ics, wish i had the cash for the corsair 2000 cas 7 6 gig kit, im really want to try it. There is another kit from Adata, that is rated for 2133 cas 8, but there extremely hard to get here in america. Im sure those corsairs will do 2100mgz, i can do 2090 mgz on my crucials, but its not stable, have push the heck out of them to do it, the corsairs will probaly do it no problem and be able to get it stable.

Damn I wish these new Dominator GT's were available in Canada...I'm crazy enough to try them. I'd buy 2 tri-channel kits use four of the sticks and sell the extra 2 sticks.

    yep

Yes , there not water blocks, there air cooled custom heatsinks.

Is almost done, ran into a little problem finding a way to cut all the heatsink pins to same size, but have resolved the problem, promise will post, i have to set all 150 pins into the heatsink, i cant wait to see the results, sorry for taking so long, when your creating something new problems arise. Hang in there a few more days.

Here is another kit that runs 2000 cas 7, they look pretty good, cheaper than the corsairs http://newgskill.web-bi.net/bbs/view...desc=asc&no=58

Ok slim didnt know that, i did have a ddr2 kit of theres for a few months but sold it, i know guys running there ddr 1200 4 gig kit for 6 months with no problems.

Oh man, avoid G.Skill at all costs. They have always died on me after 2-3 months, F-

Update: Well, it all depends on their models. Non-micron sticks seem to be really good and long lasting, but I just had enough of G.Skill for now.

I'm sure they'll ship to Canada but I'll get slaughtered on them, full retail, exchange rate from CND to USD, shipping, duty at the border..huge if they use UPS and then I'd have to pay full GST of 8%.

Maybe we should work something out neo-mike. Ship to you, you can regular mail to me declare as gift no tax no duty reasonable shipping.

Any retailers carrying them or is it Corsair web site only @ full MSRP?

    wow

Yeah sounds like you would get ripped off doing it that way. The online corsair store is only place they have them, maybe we could works something out, and i just ship to you as a gift if thats the way around all that extra waste of cash, like there already not enought as it is. The g.skills arent available yet, talked to the rep, but they look very promising, sure its same ics. Im sure we could works something out, i would love to have 2x2 of those sticks.

I guess i just read that ocz has a 2000 cas 7 kit being released very very soon, so i think there are going to be alot to choose from on 2000 cas 7.

G.Skill and OCZ are coming out with those kits soon. Kingston might be coming late, but the more the better.

    My northbridge heatsink

Well guys here it is, im not completely done, need to polish it up, and do some fine filing, but you get the idea, 1/8 solid copper bottom, 3/8 solid aluminum blocks, with 130 1/8 copper post, that stand 3/4 inch above the blocks, with 2 50mm fans cooling it, will post more pics when i clean it up, but i think this thing is going cool the nb down to 35c idle around 45c full load, im hoping, this thing is heavy, loads of copper.

    well

Well i have tapped 4 holes in the copper bottom that match the board holes and will use 4 40 thread screws to mount it, and have bottom plate on underside of board and springs on the screws to keep tight agains chip. I also put 5 of the copper pins all the way thru the top block and bottom block into the copper bottom and filed them off so it will help transfer heat into the upper block. I will show pics of the bottom once i get it polished up like a mirror, then its testing time.

Hello, I'm having trouble getting my OC stable with the Striker II Extreme.

    Processor : Intel Q6600 Batch:L807A413, VID 1.3
    RAM : 4 x 1gb Corsair XMS3 1333mhz DHXCAS9
Mobo: Asus Striker II Extreme (1104 BIOS)
    PSU: Zalman 1000watt
    gpu: 2x BFG 9800GTX+

    My current settings are:

FSB - Memory Clock Mode: Unlinked
    FSB : Mhz:1600
    MEM (DDR), Mhz: 1333
    CPU Multiplier: 8

    Vcore Voltage: 1.375
    Memory Voltage: 1.6V
    NB Core Voltage: 1.44v
    SB Core Voltage: AUTO
    CPU VTT Voltage: AUTO
    DDRII Controller Ref Voltage: AUTO
DDRII Channel A Ref Voltage: AUTO
DDRII Channel B Ref Voltage: AUTO

    tCL (CAS Latency): 9
    tRCD: 9
    tRP: 9
    tRAS: 24
Command Per Clock (CMD): 2 clock (2T)

    CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled
    PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled
    MCP PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled
    SATA Spread Spectrum: Disabled
    LDT Spread Spectrum: Disabled
    CPU Internal Thermal Control: Enabled
    Limit CPUID MaxVal: Disabled
    Enhanced C1 (C1E): Disabled
    Execute Disable Bit: Disabled
    Virtualization Technology: Disabled
    Enhanced Intel Speedstep Tech: Disabled
    LDT Frequency: 5x

    PCIEX16_2 Frequency (Mhz):101
    PCIEX16_3 Frequency (Mhz): 101
    SPP<->MCP Ref Clock, Mhz: 200

It's stable like that, but I can't find stability with a higher multi. It won't do 3.6ghz even with 1.5v. It shouldn't need that much should it?

Thanks for any help. Much appreciated.
