When its not filled properly, its loud as a tap, but when its actually filled properly (i.e the res portion is full) the thing is silent.

just thought you all should know

The sound is actually kind of soothing in a way. Better than the drone of my case currently anyway.

It's cool looking, but I'd also be afraid of the potential bleeding issue with all that freewater. The cool factor may go away quickly after hearing the constant air bubble noise in your pump...

not if you fill it up so it flows into the water, rather than drop??

Hey everyone, nice to be finally be a part of the forums here. I see you guys have found my custom res

I had started out on OCN and did not even realize this place was here.

Just to answer some questions, the reservoir is very quiet. The versions that I am selling actually have several small holes in the bottom rather than that large one. And with the spiral being enclosed well enough, you really do not hear any sound coming from that either.

Yes I realize $80 on ebay is a bit of a big price tag. But then again, I go through a heck of a lot of work making these.

Keep and eye out over the next week. The next two designs are almost finished and ready to be tested.

    Thanks!

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention, trapped air is not an issue. Surprisingly this produces no air bubbles at all and is very easy to fill.
