When it comes to precious stones, the term "carat" is a measure of weight currently equal to 200milligrams. On our current context, that would mean that there is 1.4grams of actual blue diamond in a seven carat package and 4.8grams of blue diamond in the 24 carat tube (along with the other gunk that makes it a paste)

Diamond 7 carat is now available in my country at a sharp price here

The website says : 'After applying the therma paste, wait a few minutes before mounting the cpu cooler '

    That's new to me ??

SiG you must have done something right, the FuZion's give me a real problem.

Congrats maybe the only one out of 6 or 7 tests that I have with a + result

I did check to make sure that the planets were in line before tightening all the bolts down.

    still using your product.
in addition to the 4-5C temp drops one thing I've noticed over app 7 installs is I no longer see wide temp differences between cores.
It disapates the heat evenly and that is a big plus.

The long term feedback is great, thanks Movieman

I keep hammering the long term stability aspect as a marketing/ feature point but it's a hard sell with a group that changes their heat sink more frequently than their underwear Pushing a rock uphill on that one.

Same here Tasty. It's my only paste now. All the machines I have put this on are rock solid. No blown out mounts, no temp degradation, nothing. And I have been bad on occasion about blowing out dust bunnies in the cases. I run lots of fuzion blocks. they have been all reliable mounts using the "Pea glob" technique.

    Bob

I have also moved to this past full time.
I even talked a couple guys at microcenter into buying it over the ocz stuff the other day.
The sales lady said they were all about the same I started laughing, The guy was like you don't agree with her. I said not a chance. I told them all I would be more then happy to prove that the diamond past is much better if you would like me to. He was like well I think I will take some of that stuff instead.

I may look for it next time I'm shopping for some. By then there may be a supplier in Auz and I may have hardware that can actually put sufficient mounting pressure on.

+1 for being hooked on IC Diamond. Don't think I can go back to anything else now I generally see a 4 C reduction on all 4 cores, keep it coming!

That explains the 20% bump up in their monthly order this month - thanks littleowl

Hi bob, "Musta" been one of those statistical anomalies with the FuZion

glad it's working out for you. The long term the stability thing I think is mostly a futile effort (sigh) with the hobbiest crowd. I'll keep hammering the idea though

You did well Andrew, you got me hooked onto the stuff as well. Not that I really care though, you sent me enough to last a lifetime

The long term stability is what you want to push towards the server crowd, it's EXACTLY what they want. Hobbyists just pull their rigs down too often for that to be a big thing, they want outright performance. You just need to get the hang of marketing it is all, the product is top tier.
