Thats cool mate we're all here to learn something, it is a Koolance drain port but I actually use it to prime my pump by sucking the coolant through part of the loop, very useful.

Thanks man; I had a feeling it was a drain port but wasn't quite sure since I haven't seen most of the small bits a pieces yet.
