Isn't that still a win for ATI? Why would you want to run on anything less than 1680x1050? I would imagine that 8xAA is playable as well.

    EVGA GTX 295 Backplate

This is a special backplate for the EVGA GTX 295. This backplate will help transfer heat from the backside of the card, and stabilize the card. It looks great and works in SLI/Quad SLI.

We spent the last few days checking all over Taiwan, and the 295 is pure vapor. There are only going to be a handful made to grab some benchmarks and give to the press, then bye-bye. If you don't have one yet, you probably won't get one. Some might call it a sleazy PR stunt to take advantage of the gullible and use the press, but if were up to us, we wouldn't be so nice. - Charlie Demerjian
Just for those who don't realise what this clown is all about, check out the quality of this "reporting".

Because it was in this thread that Chuckles D's bullshot was originally quoted.

Was I supposed to start a new thread just about that?

Regardless, let this stand as a testament to just what a FUDster he is against all of AMD's rivals.

if only the usable VRAM is more than 896MB (is it? lol i am not sure)

otherwise i'd trade my 2nd BFG 280GTX to this

also wahts the deal with GTV limiting video settings based on VRAM ... the xxxMB / (MB of amount of VRAM u got)
