Lol Sniipe you left us with so much talk and no pics that I didn't realized it was done until I saw your new SIG today!

All I can say it turned out beautiful and very detailed The pictures are a topic apart too.

Now it's time for you to ditch the DFI and get a blue UD3P!

    Congrats on your new build!

Here it is guys, the grand finale and the seeming end of this build: http://www.million-dollar-pc.com/sys...permafrost.htm

I greatly thank you for your support, your nominations to MDPC and your compliments on the system!

A little tidbit about what my next focus will be:
I have always loved case modding and building computers but paired with that has always been a love of overclocking as well. My next project (already in CAD design phases) will be a benching station to end all benching stations complete with my own custom personally made set of LN2 pots and other goodies. I will probably use this project log as a base for posting pictures of this new setup as it comes along so keep an eye out!

    Congratulations Ian
Nice to have another system from the USA on MDPC. To me personally it is the first really good white interior system and therefore you deserve it very much.

Thank you Shazza It is always very hard to decide which system makes it on MDPC. No compromise in design / aesthetics is usually the most important. If a new "theme" is done that fullfills the aesthetics, then 1-2 very small compromises are accepted - otherwise not - not even a wrong screw color or something like that.

Ian's system will for sure inspire people when it comes to white interior builds, because he found a very good theme that goes with white. And bringing design forward is what it's all about. Todays performance will not impress anyone in 1-2 years, so I purely focus on design. It will be nice to look back on MDPC in 10 years and see the designs that made a foundation for computer design development. At least that is the idea behind MDPC

    Nice MDPC pics

I just noticed the extenders on the res inlet... Were your comp fittings not sealing right?

nah, they were being a pain and on the test bench I set up it was leaking. I just used the ST transfer adapters on the G1/4" and it worked out fine.
