We have been over this VCore deneb "issue" 100 times before.This chip is not done on intel highk/mg process.This chip doesn't behave the same way as intel 45nm chips. 1.6V is not the "scary" value since default Vcore for Deneb/Shanghai is 1.35V.It may seem high for default vcore but it's just how 45nm SOI works for AMD(and boy it works well). 1.6V is 18% over default,while AMD lists (officially) a 1.55V as a max value for air.
