I am currently running a q9550 with the Vendetta 2 My current temp on realtem is 19/20c I am only using pushpin mount atm; have crossbow mount but have not installed yet. also for the record my q9550 is running at 4ghz 1.2v atm. I had it running earlier 4.5ghz 1.4v and temp was 24c. I just started playing with my overclocks, but should give you a rough idea.

I would go with whatever one is cheaper. Zerotherm also has one like the true that was on sale for $14 after rebate, but not sure of the current price
