Transfer size : 0,5 to 1024.00
Qeue Depth : 4
Total Lenghts : 64MB

HÆÆ ???? HDTach is useless for benching any raidconfiguration no matter if it is ide,sata,sas or ssd disks that are used in the raidarray.
This HDTach limitation is a well known fact
