Yeah, I tried everything.
In the end I can rup up to 1080 5-6-3-13 with low sub-timmings which is pretty good.
it just doesn't like tRCD at 5 for some weird reason...
oh well, i stopped caring anyway =P

Hi, could you please post the code of the memory chips themself the two lines under Transcend, you picture is too blury.
like on Tedys picture they say
TQ234PCF8
F0741
noticed your serial number on the sticker starts with 1xxxxxx while the rest posted pictures with 5xxxxxxx, its probably that your chips are older, the line i wrote above F0741 means they are made in 41 week of 2007, the rest of the users posted pictures with 0751 and 0804
If you post your codes, it wont help you but it will help some of us to stay away if they really are older batches os chips.
did you also try the sticks by them self, it could be that one is holding you down.
for the rest: what can these sticks do at 800mhz, can they do 4-4-4-12 at any reasonable voltage at that speed?
Hi guys.
I found on a local store 2x2Gb Jetram DDR800 JM4GDDR2-8K with an E,
these are Elpida right? Are these good OCers?

Anybody???
To OC or not to OC?
Usually they are not good OCers. Try to find Powerchips 'P'

Hi.
I found some 'P' 2x2Gb kits in another store but i'm considering the Black Dragon cl5 kit as they are only 6€ more than the Jetram ones. Read some where that they're Powerchips also.
Thanx guys. Cya.
To OC or not to OC?
The 4GB Black Dragon Kits are most likely Elpida from what I've seen. So the Powerchips based Transcend Sticks would be a better bet. You still have to keep in mind, though, that not all Powerchips will clock well. The newer ones seem to do a fair bit worse than the older chips.

Found it,

The ones i saw today on the Jetram's had F0811 on them.

To OC or not to OC?
Got my 2x2GB Jetram (Powerchip), production date from CPU-Z is 3008. They can do 965MHz 5-5-5-15 at 1.85V.
It's strange they can't boot at any higher FSB. Tried 1000MHz with losened timings, didn't work. Increasing the voltage resulting the same. What to do for higher 1050MHz < FSB. I read some suggestions as setting 5-6-3-13, but no go.

Loose tRFC is the key. Try to use the same timings as I: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...9&postcount=33

Has anybody purchased these recently? Do they still OC well?
Mine were the powerchip variety and didn't clock as well as the original poster.
However, memtest stable 5-5-5-12 450fsb 1.8v!
But for the money I would get these that definitely are cheap and clock well:
