if your going the MCW60 route, your easiest option is just to strap on enzotech sinks.
Some acetone will get thermal pads offs. All the mounting holes are identical (so says the article) except for the one near the RAM in the corner. I can just Dremel it down. There are enough mounting points for pressure.

Enzotech sinks may not fit under the WB fitting and 3-5 memory ICs may not get a heatsink. Plus I generally hate soft-mounting since they have a tendency to fall off. I can cut an old aluminum heatsink to cover the VRM and softmount it becuase I have to...
