My plan was to install a 64bit OS on my new 10.2k rpm SAS drives (raid0) when my watercooling setup is finished.
But I'm still waiting on your package , jcool. Should be here tomorrow ...

Due to the disparity between my estimated claims and ... well ... reality, I have revised my formula slightly. Please have a look and see if the numbers you're getting are more in line with what I've estimated. Thanks.

Sammy results look a little high, as Dave is getting pretty much spot on 7k PPD on his at 2.0 GHz. However the quad results look pretty much spot on, and I'll let you know how the E7200 goes over the next week.

I posted the 14 day average of my Sammy somewhere, on XP 32. It was 7,7k.

Might just be Dave, then. He might have forgotten something in his old age

So that's 7.7k awarded, but what is it claiming? I can't hope to guess the quorum.

You don't really expect me to manually Look up & add up the claims of 100 WUs vs. the granted, do you
Any other way to find out about claimed credit for X amout of WUs?

Not that I'm aware of. Just ten or so should do as a rough indication though, and I'm after claimed credit for X amount of time, really.

Did you have HTT on or off for that benchmark? (ie is BOINC seeing 4 or 8 cores?)

    Knock yourself out...

Average claimed credit out of these 15 = 82,4
    Average granted credit " " " " = 81,4

So it gets pretty much what it claims (unlike my harper.. argh)

    Damn, that felt like work

Seriously guys, ya'll need to get x64 OSes. Not just for crunching, if you are a heavy multitasker like me you'll love the feeling of Vista (especially XSOS ) with 6+ GB of Ram

The 32bit install is strictly temporary for running 3dvantage, pcmark05, and wprime. Still have a few vid cards to run before I switch to server 03 and unfortunately I couldn't afford a 6gb ram kit.

MJ12 runs on that machine also and takes a "little" cpu power so thay is the reason for the difference..

Yeah, 920. I hate the i7 name. It reminds me of S Club 7. I'd rather just use the code name.
