Both my harddisk and dvd burner are plugged to the mobo. The message appears shortly after the biostar splash.

I see that message on every boot too. Word is there's a beta bios that allows you to disable it.

    Hey guys!
It's been a while, I sold my Biostar TPower I45, now have the Biostar TP45HP. Just wondering if the Bios for the I45 will work on this board? now that I type this I'm thinking nope. figured I'd ask as when I first got this board I had crazy over clocks then it just seemed to not want to OC as well after a while.....

    Any and all help, Thanks!

Haven't measured it (it's in the box...won't fit with a big typhoon, but the HS will), but it looks like a 60mm to me.

The annoying RAID adapter message is the IDE controller making its presence known. There is no way to disable it with the official 7/10 BIOS; however, they did give out a beta that gives you that function. I've got it in the downloads section of my (just started) website, or you can get it from rebelshaven I believe.

The fan is, but the HS is installed. Figured it couldn't hurt.

I might remove the fan since the 120mm fan in the antec 900 is right next to it. Then let it run "passive" even though theres a 120mm fan next to it.

That's partly why I didn't stress it. it's right next to the 120mm rear fan on my Cooler Master RC690. On top of that, it has the Sythe Ultra Kaze (3000RPM noisemaker) blowing right on it through the Big Typhoon. I think the PWM is getting plenty of cooling.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone e-mailed Biostar asking for smaller increment increases for voltages on this board?

No one I know since Lvcoyote did. IIRC, they thanked him for his input, but they did send him the beta that lets you disable the Marvell controller (and get rid of the annoying RAID message) and adds some additional RCOMP configurations (you can get it here if you don't have it already).

It's an LGA-775 cooler, so yes, it's compatible. One thing to keep in mind is that the CPU is closer to the top of the board than some others. If you have no clearance at the top of your case, you may have to mount it horizontally.

a display problems in the code.
I am now lies in the image code. if you do not work again, and here's the link http://www.overclockersonline.net/?p...um=1921&pnum=4

I would say that TRUE and TRU 90 is a bit similar in size a few more ..

I will try to send e-mail headquarters ThermalRight queries regarding compatibility and Biostar T-power ... although I would see some home support but nowhere on the list does not Biostar

Overclocking with RAID setup isn't good at all. RAID contra will mess it up - it is not just Biostar, other (like Asus boards I have used) have the same problem.

Good news: I was told that Biostar RMA normaly takes 4 weeks (I sent my board them more than 4 ago).

I have raid0 here with a set of two partitions working like a charm and i just have saved this screen
So, Raid works very well, if its good or not i dont know yet, but this setting is running about 3 months ago.
Just an advice when using raid0, don't let important data on arrays, put them of a safe non-raid backup HDD or use another raid setting.

    HI,
Just got my i45, with an e7300, (small budget)
Im using a TRU120 (non extreme) with a zalman F3, Im running at 3.6 (450x8) at 1.272v (havent tried any lower)
    However, for 4GHz (10x400), or 4.05GHz I needed 1.416v, (not stable)
What do you think I should be able to get? (both max and 24/7)
tried for 4.5GHz (10x450), and it got just after the loading bar for windows before crashing,a nd that was at 1.56v!

    Thanks
