    I had that issue with the 0504 BIOS, I couldn't raise my FSB or it wouldn't post. Wierd, but it was the BIOS. I returned to the 0403 BIOS after that and rig ran perfectly.
    I'm on 0602. When i got the board it had 0403 and once i installed vista i used the asus update tool to go to 0602
    I might try and reflash it back to 0403 then load default since i didnt do that when i flashed it the first time.

    I didnt have any problems with 0602, however my most stable overclock was with 0403, for me all the way up to 0602 my favorite was 0403. give it a shot and see.
