it depends on the chip, all chips don't overclock the same and some overclock better than others. what voltage are you currently running at because .752 has to be a bug. also try going for 5-5-5-15 on your ram.

thanks for your reply.
The voltage is set to 'normal' which is 1.300 V and when I tried to set my ram to 5-5-5-15 the system wouldn't start. Bios was asking me to re-seat memory and go back to 'last good' configuration which I did.
I've changed the voltage to 1.500 V, multiplier to x14 and fsb to 218 which makes 3066MHz but obviously the temperature went dramatically up.
