    I've experienced something similar with another brand of psu and the culprit was a spider that managed to crawl inside and electrocuted itself (and took the psu and mobo with it in the process).

    Anyway, yeah Seasonic have been getting some good reviews. You probably got a really bad one.

    how did you find out it was a spider, if it blew, wouldnt it zap the critter??
