I see some crazy voltages in some other AMD Athlon64 x2 OC threads, with people bumping past 1.5V... I wonder if anyone could actually use it at that voltage setting 24/7, or would it shorten component life by a LOT (say to less than 2 to 3 years)? I have mine at 1.456V but wondering if it's safer to go higher since my chip barely touches 50C during stress tests.
Also, many OC guides do not give very specific instructions as to how to increase voltages on things. They most often only say a few words at the very end of articles like "increase voltages for stability" and that's it! As if voltage increases were an afterthought of some kind. Isn't there a specific order to the chaos, like for example give volts to CPU first, then NB, then others? I don't want to continue to go around increasing voltages randomly like a headless chicken :P
I'm starting to looking for actually getting some help because I just could not get my 3.5GHz Windsor 5600+ OC stable (i.e. running things other than just 3DMark and games). I'll list specific settings later after I get this voltage thing straight.

Reason: list motherboard model
