As in MicroCenter on Elston Ave in Chicago ??????

I've got my Q9450 up to 3.6 on air ... would it make more sense to upgrade the CPU or change cooling? From my reading 3.6 is about as far as I should go on air??

but, if it is on a phase change, why do you have so bad temps? or does it read incorrect?
