    TFC is asking for trouble with that picture. If they licensed it (which I doubt) they would still have to provide a 2257 link. You are not immune to the laws. It's going to be easy money for the content company if you stole that image..

    I think we've moved onto the marketing techniques of TFC which are independent of the quality of their product. Mostly the discussion is about nudity on their site which has nothing to do with how good their products are or how happy your friends are.
