Anyway, back on topic, the link to the personal review pretty much confirms what I've been told about Phenom 2. 3.8 is a similar limit like 3.2GHz is on the Phenom 1. A 600MHz increase doesn't mean 4GHz is unreachable. If everyone thinks they'll hit 4GHz, they're fooling themselves. I'd be real happy with a 24/7 3.6GHz After folks at ONLY 3.2GHz burned up IMC and etc.., this will be nice!

250Mhz went without any problem for 3.5GHz, amazing considering Phenom wont go past about 230 usually and already way past what they can clock to usually.
