    Now, I don't know if you've hit any issues yet, but please don't use 4 DIMMs with that motherboard;

I owned one back when they came out, and once I leapt to 4GB ram, it all went to hell. The motherboard wouldn't hot boot, and Gigabyte's Tech Support was.... putting it very kindly... useless. I spent two weeks talking to them, sent it in, and got it back as "works fine".

Sorry it has been so long since an update guys, needed some winding down time after Uni exams.

Well, had a big change of pace today, saw a Lian Li V350 in the flesh and fell in love with it! Hence, I brought one right home. Currently in the process of putting the parts into it (will have pics later) and hopefully my Bitspower dual rotary 90's are here in the next couple of days so I can start on the water cooling.

Yes, the plan is still MCR220 internally fitted, all parts are the same as before.

All silver parts on the case will be anodized to match the exterior

Yes, will be, but I'm sure it will be fine. I have a couple of ideas for placement of the radiator, tossing up between them as to which will look most at home with the style of the case.

Put some of the fittings in:

And then started putting together the hardest part of the loop, the CPU -> GPU section:

And then trial fitted it back in the case to check it cleared the HDD cage:

    Moire updates soon!

I have some iandh ramsinks I need to modify to fit on. The card is non-reference design so they don't quite fit.

Looks nice so far. From that last pic I'd have gone around the end of the card and if the 90 degree fitting will fit have that connected directly to the GPU block.

Fairly impractical solution, and extra tubing length. Pretty happy with how it is. When the rest of the loop gets finished, you shall see.

Well, sure has been a loooong time coming, but have started to do some more work on this project. Today, started the mounting of the radiator and fans to the case side....

Not my cleanest work, but all cuts will be hidden between the radiator and fans, so I'm not too bothered.

More pics when the rad is mounted. Need to find the right size hole saw.

    Looks good

    My project is no longer an SG-02F though, it's a Lian-Li V350

Well, as promised, a little bit of progress today. Got myself some new hole saws for the side panel pass-through and the fill port and drain port. Pictures speak better than I.....

    Rad dummy fitted to outside:

View from inside towards rad fans and fittings entering/leaving case:

View of same showing video card block and CPU > GPU link:

is the tubing going over the card kinking or is it a wacky optical illusion?

Maybe a tiny bit but I would worry about any vibration that could weaken the tubing where it touches the vga card

    Great work Statts
lots and lots of cores and lots and lots of tuners,HTPC's boards,cases,HDD's,vga's,DDR1&2&3 etc etc all powered by Corsair PSU's

Well, got some more work done today. Ran out of compression fittings the other day so had to do an emergency order. Received them today and got straight to work......

Pump mounted. 'Q' rotary fitting comes from GPU to pump and off to fill port and drain port:

Better view with tube from fill port visible:

    Bitspower fill port on top:

Bitspower drain port on the bottom:

Just have to do the Rad -> CPU tube now, which is going to be the hardest of the lot, given the lack of space!
