These L5410 E0 have not a voltage range they operate, they are 1.212 V
Will try 1.30 later ? You think I can go higher ?

Delta Tjmax @prime = 25C, So temps according to Coretemp with TJmax at 75C = 50C.
Intel published the Tjmax of the L54xx even at 70C (I cannot believe that)
But at idle with a room temp at 19C, the coretemps are 30C (delta Tjmax = 45C) with Coretemp, TJmax at 75C. Sounds acceptable, however I understand the temp probes are not accurate up to 50C.

And YES, I'm my rig is watercooled.

Now back to testing, I tried 1x 2Gb Fbdimm, no change
I tried Vcore 1,26 and 1,30V, no success.
I have my memory cooled (runnning at 50C), my NB cooled (90mm fan).
    I think it's the memory.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone with 800Mhz FBdimms to test, so for the moment I'm stuck ;-(

I can believe that. Only when I set my Tj. Max to 70c do my CPUs report virtually the same idle temperatures as my idle GPU, which is what I would expect as they are in the same water cooled loop. I thought the temperatures looked high with Tj. Max at 80c as they were showing in the 40s and my office is cold. If they were really in the 40s then they should be pulling up the temperature of the GPU. The temperatures are also now in relative agreement with Asus PC Probe...

This is the reason I went with the 50W CPUs...nice and cool and cost-saving. It's a shame you haven't been able to get the same results with the L5410s - I guess it's too late to change them for L5420s?
