New results.
Running Linked and Sync'd 1:1 will keep the good numbers though reduces mem bus speed. This does, however, work better than anything else when going over 450 FSB.

which ones, lowfat? there are two variations, the 2.3v one(hynix), and the 2.1v one(promos). Of course, getting those clocks with 4gb hynix is quite good. Promos..well...we already know how that does!
I don't have the Viper's but I do have a Rampage and Patriot Extreme Performance PC9600 and I can't get stable past 1080Mhz. Volts low, maxed @ 2.3v or on auto, relaxed settings, nothing works. Now looking at OCZ XLC PC9600. Newegg customer review claimed 1226Mhz on Rampage. Cant afford to go fast in my car anymore, this is the only fast thing I have left.

thats a great score for 1200 mgz, and under 500 fsb, dam dude sweet, i cant get that score with 1300 mgz, must be cause its a 780i chipset.
Can you pass memtest86 with 1200mgz at 4-4-4-12 ? i doubt it.
He's doing nothing wrong; it's the memory divider that affects the bandwidth/latency. Besides, there's more to memory bandwidth than a billion MHz at CL4.Originally Posted by nexxusty
