that is the voltage for overclock on the CSX, it has a JDEC of under 1.5 IIRC and will work fine on nehalem platform, just recommending the best, although it doesn't come in 3 stick kits..... you could call tank guys about it, or just buy 2 kits and have a spare stick for backup
