DaK you blew your board because of a to high grey goose level, penalty penalty penalty

Though I must say you're doing pretty nice regardless of the hw loss

That wu should have been pulled hours ago

    http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.ph...&t=6898#p70069

He posted that in every thread about those darn 5506's, the problem was reported a long time ago though but they didn't realise the extend of the problem I'm afraid as the clients do not report the bad wu's directly.

I GIVE UP! I can't stand these command line clients anymore. There is no way of pausing it and when I exit out of it I lose the work unit. I just lose two more SMP workunits because I shut them down to play left4dead. This is insane.

BAH! And these stupid 474x WU's that keep coming in for my 8800GS keep bringing the cards ppd lower and lower. I liked the 5506.

I'd definitely recommend the -forceasm flag. It will prevent 99% of losses due to improper shutdown as it does not check prior shutdown on restart.

I could have sworn I added that flag to the config file a week ago. I did it while the client was running which might have been an issue but I have restarted the client since then. Anyways, I just tried to add it to the config file again and it got all messed up so I had to completely reconfigure it and copy it into both folders. Now they are both running with -forceasm. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Should I put -forceasm in the shortcut or is it good enough being in the config file?

Hey Catawalks, pardon my ignorance... are you running Doz SMPs or Linux? In Linux I manually add it on every start just because i don't trust the automatic scripts. In Windows I just add the flag to the target field in the shortcut. HTH.

Okay Dak, I'm still awake after all but one shot of tequila left in the bottle. Start banging those trash can lids to wake Mike up. We need the final race report and we need it now. I put up over 3 million for the race so I think I should be able to use this as my avatar as a reward. Clearly mod intervention will be necessary. J.K. My current avatar is fine. I like the one below as well.

Well after Angra joined Whiskey the race was decided already as WFO posted back then. But the total output still has been incredible

It's going to be tough to have both fun races and keeping them balanced as well, but this one was still fun till the end because of all the inner competions as well

    Great job everyone!
Aggggh Foxtrot was so close to winning week four! Way to finish in style!

Special Kudos to you Mike for all the killer scorekeeping...I know how much work goes into the number cruching!

And prizes to Direowls and DrJay for being the only ones to improve their production every week of the entire race!

Over 19.3 MM points in the combined total!
