Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe(/WiFi-AP) is nothing but 4+1 phase...
...note that even Asus' marketing is clueless as they actually quote it as "8+2".

He's talking about the sb750 board (aka M3A79T). It's an sb600 board you're linking here.

My bad, after looking they're both 8+2 phases. Got lost because the guy I quoted first said the M2A32 had only 4+1.

The thing is, Asus doesn't know what they're talking about.

    I say again; M2A32, M3A32 and M2A79-T Deluxe all have just 4+1 phases (4+1 = 4 for CPU + 1 for NB).

This is just a LGA775 example for the most extreme.

The other one is CPU(8) and memory(2).
    Nope.

2 phases dedicated for the 8-phase CPU PWM.

SB600 is missing ACC, has no RAID5, slower USB 2.0 performace, from 2006
SB750 has AMDs Advanced Clock Calibration, RAID5, faster USB 2.0 performace, from 2008

the key here is Advanced Clock Calibration, that allows better overclocking on current 65nm agena cores and upcoming deneb cores!

some 790FX boards have SB750, allmost all 790GX boards have SB750
