Best settings for Asus P5Q Dlx & Q9550 plz?

    Hey peepz,

Need to overclock 2 rendering rigs for a friend, and i'm not that up to date as for 45nm and P45.
We would like to achieve 471mhz bus meaning 4Ghz for 24/7 load.
Now I know I'll need a vcore of about 1.35-1.4v to get that, but i'm unsure about the rest of the values.
What's the best FSB Voltage? PLL? GTL? NB+SB? VID? DRAM?

The systems spec is as follows:
    Q9550 (dunno stepping)
    Thermalright U120E + MX2 + Scythe S-Flex 1600RPM
    Asus P5Q Deluxe P45
    G.Skill 8GB 1066mhz (4x2gb) F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI
    ATI Radeon FireGL V3600
    WD 640GB AAKS
    LG GH22
    PCPOWER&COOLING PPCS500 PSU
    Antec Three Hundred case + 2xScythe S-Flex 1600RPM
    Vista business 64bit

Also what's best to check stability these days? Realtemp + OCCT? notice it's 64bit machine.

Lots of thanks if you can help!

Best bios is 0803 or 1406... in case of instabilities try other CPU enhancement setting (only in 1406) compatible mode is most used...

These settings should give you a good idea where to start off... but 8gb of ram is stressing the NB pretty hard so might go a bit loose on ram settings ... Best persons to contact are Thruehighroller and Big Lar..
I only have my Qx as 45nm quad on the board but my Gskills (PC8000PQ) don't allow me to choose 266 strap (instabilities) over 400FSB... 333 strap works fine though... with the Mushkin rams I have no issues at all...

Here are my settings. After installing a 4870 I had to bump up the VCore so it was 1.400V loaded in CPU-Z to regain stability. Corsair HX620....
