Yeah I did thank
If you would please show Mike how it's done, that will mean I don't have to chase that darn bug anymoreStill confuses the heck out of me to see you run without issues though and have him get them in a single gpu box ( just as I have here, and I don't have that error ( never had even ) as you can see from the screenshots )
You know, for someone being in the top 100 with 'small' rockets, I should really reconsider what I call small
Their BIG already![]()

Its not overkill if it works.
Excellent Skycrane...Promo for you....You get Mike's office upstairs...

Mike: Yeah.
WFO: All right, Mike! Ooh! Ooh! Right on... Make sure you wear a rubber, dude.
Mike: Why is that, WFO?
WFO: Are you kidding me? She gets around. All right?
Mike: She does, does she?
WFO: Oh, yeah. Like a record.
Mike: Like, with who?
WFO: Oh, let's see, uh... Hell, ThunderDuck, coo-coo-clocker,malcontent,RR to name just a few. Ha ha ha. Oh, let me see who else...
Mike: She's suppose to, how else would she Ref the Halloween race?
WFO: That makes sense, does she work for dak?
Mike: I dunno, but I keep her in da basement with me when she's not Ref'n

RR nope the internet connection it asks for is for http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html where I need to get the project info from
I already said it would never collect and send me data without having to explicitly select the option to do so ( which tbh is a long way from where I'm at now, first the stand alone application, then the export data function, then making a front end for collecting that data)
I wouldn't let the program connect to anything besides official stanford pages, not without prompting the user if it's ok.
ok, think I got it this time..

Funny stuff again this morning guys.I going to bed. I just completed a motherboard swap and Server 2008 install. The new quad is running and the new (recertified) 9800 GX2 is folding away. I'm too tired to install vmware server, Linux and the smp now.

wakeup wfo, you cant go to bed yet
wfo, what are you running for the gx2 on, what mobo?? i just got mine in yesterday with the new psu and everytihing is up and running on smp, i just can not figure out whats going on with cuda for some reason it kepps saying that is missing *.dll
Its not overkill if it works.
you can run the regular drivers now scoop. the 178.24's http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Yeah just read ahead and learned that... I've been too long away off this stuff... my bad.
Is it possibility of a install problem sometimes?
yeah.. missing dll error. I would uninstall the current driver and install the 178.24 from that link above... sounds like a driver issue..
either that or a dual client issue, and the card is not extending the desktop to enable the second client.
but sky just posted his own thread. so I'm sure it will be addressed there... he's on server 08 though, so I'm a little clueless on that one.

Hey I use that driver to but I still recommend people to use http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html because it's easier as you just select the os and it gives you the latest cuda certified drivers. Vista/08 have the same driver model, no diffrence in which drivers works on which afaik btw.
