Highest settings I tried tonight were 1.46 vcore, 1.42 FSB VTT, 1.36 NB.

That's with perf level set at 8, 5-5-5-15-54, at 1:1 400mhz.

I couldn't even get 9x400 3600mhz stable in OCCT or P95 with those settings... And that's all under water.

Honestly, think I'm just gonna stick with 3.2 ghz at this point. Too depressing to bother with this thing anymore

And as a sidenote. Hitting 80c on the mosfets is alright is it not? AKA the "system" temp. I had read that they're designed to work fine up until 100c or so.

And let me tell you... When you have a crap Q6600 and have to really pump those volts, the temp rockets up fast.
ye need more power scotty! the Q6600 is a tank, you really cant kill it

I ran a q6600 g0 @ 4.005 ghz for 8 months with no degredation. posted the same w-prime scores the week i got it and the week I ditched it .

1.62 VCORE
1.6 VTT
1.64 VNB

get those GTLs up around 70% for the best prime stability.

as far as the mosfet temp goes, are you using a backplate for the CPU????? if not then this is the reason for your bad mosfet temps. if you haven't already, get a slim 80mm from performance-pcs (Hiper brand) and get that sucker blowing on the PWM heatsink ASAP.
