although i may not have 4870x2 .. but i recall it's temps are soaring high ...
if your cpu is not o/ced ... then combining both waterblocks in a loop should be ok ..

but if u're planing to o/c .. then it would be advisable to separate the loop, but separate loop means more work, more hardware
