My old case has dust filters and the difference seems I have to clean every 3 months for the open build and 6 months for the case.

PS: don’t do like MomijiTMO now by putting it up until Christmas either

Hello bro, those rams ARE in dual channel mode.

For MSI K9A2 platinum, dual channel rams are 1+2, 3+4.

I believe that's the case with MSI's AMD boards, but atleast with my mobo it's 1+3 or 2+4 for dualchannel.

Im so happy i got rid of all the noctua P12s in my rig. Even the noctua C12P heatsink had a Scythe minebea mid on it.

    Just got these...

Beside the minebea low...these are the other fans running in my rig now...

My fan config in my rig:

Intake: Minebea Low to cool the Hdd.
Mid Intake: Minebea Mid to cool my 9800GTX+.
PCI exhaust: Minebea Low to take out the warm air near the pci area, mostly produce by the graphic card.
CPU cooling: Minebea Mid on a noctua C12P heatsink.
    Exhaust: Scythe KamaFlex.

I realise that is does indeed look dusty but that is actually tarnishing of the Cooper as I boiled the HS before it went onto the new build to remove all dust and grease build up but sadly realised I had no White Vinegar 1/2 way through and the cooper has lost it's shine.

You should rotate your CPU 90 degrees. Personally I think it looks better, but if you got lower temps that way then I understand.

look at it more carefully. it's AM2 and there is only one orientation for the heatsink unless he makes his own bracket

    Lian Li PC8

Just thought I'd post up some images of this aircooled system I built a couple of days ago.

Quite impressed with the Lian Li PC8... some nice tweeks making it better than the older PC7.

Those are also the Yate Loon red LED fans in there by the way, nice & quiet.

The graphics card is a Gainward 4850 with dual slot cooler... if anyone is interested
