A burgler deterrent you say? How so?
hehe... well, a hasty burglar may think that the hoses connecting your system to the rad are some kind of high tech anti-theft device.

i'm just thinking of going colored tubes rather than colored coolants... though i'm not quite sure if the fesers/primochill colored tubes are as bendable as tygons.
    thanks!
Well, firstly i can whole-heartedly reccomend the Primochill Pro-LRT. I have the 3/8 x 5/8 clear stuff, so the bend radius is as good as its gonna get. It really is great stuff.

The feser tubing is not up to scratch i'm afraid. I have the 3/8 x 1/2 in orange, and it's just horrible. It's stiff, kinks easy and is just nasty to work with. Now before you go and say "that's cos it's thin wall", i also have some Pro-LRT in the same dimensions and it's miles better. A world of difference i assure you. It will still kink if you push it far enough, but it's soooooo much better than the feser stuff.

I'll try to get some pictures up for you.

    A new EK res!

In the previous pics i've shown my EK-RES 250. I was gonna put it on top of the case, mounted horizontally. However i really would prefer to mount it vertically, i understand it makes the bleeding process much simpler.
The problem is that the 250 is just so long that it puts too much weight on the pump bracket and mobo tray, plus it sticks out above the top of the case and looks ugly.

So obviously there was only one solution... Buy another smaller res!!!

But what about the 250? Well i couldn't just let it sit around, so i sold it too Switch8, my mate. He bought it off me for the price of my new EK-RES 100, which i got from flabbergast for $48AUD, the last one in stock!!!

    Enjoy the pics

And some other inside shots with some tubing happening:

And the wait for the BP rotary fittings continues.
I actually gave up on the RMA and ordered some from sidewinder, they should be here within the week.
