Gentlemen:
I don't usually act as a moderator in this section.
I always stayed out of this and pythagoras took care of things.
Tonight I will try and respond as I think he would.
Who started what and when isn't important my friends.
The work matters, ego's and "ataboys" don't.
I have learned over time that arguments over small issues only serve to drive a wedge between members of a team just as they do in real life.
My suggestion to you is to ignore the little things that you differ on and concentrate on the things you agree on.
If something bothers you talk to that other person in PM but as a friend and trying to resolve the issue.
I have many friends here that I don't always agree with but I try not to make issues out of small matters.
Who generated the comments that got things started doesn't matter.
That you guys got together and did work together as a team is what mattered.
Think on this and deal with one another as friends and the little issues tend to lose their importance.
The work and the friendships are what truly matter.
Thanks for reading.
Dave
