    BND mate any tape wil do, the one you have is fine. The neoprene are some pieces that i put behind the caps so i dont have to use the eraser on spots it wil be hard to clean:

    Ohhh ya.... neoprene is in the midle of solid capacitor and regulator of voltage right, yellow point that you show me right

    So i can use electrical aislant type.... or paper tape both is ok
