    I found the Q-shield a pain, if you did not put your board in dead on the q-shield looked bent, I know the old shields can be a bit of a pain, but once in they set flat.

    Ram: 2 x 2GB DDR2 1066MHz OCZ Gold 5-6-6-18
    Graphics: Asus HD4850
    Power: 700W storm PSU
    Hard drives:1 x 750GB 2 x 300GB SATA and 2x 320GB SATA
    CD/DVD drives: 1 x muti Burner and 1 x muti reader
    OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit/64bit

    i built my PC with a 9950, the m3a79-t, 1 stick of crucial(rated 667 with 3-3-3..)
    coz the other died on me, corsair tx 750.
    this is what i achieved:
    multi 14x
    bus:210, cpu speed:2940, ram:840(4-4-4-18) stable 30min. prime
    bus:220, cpu speed:3080, ram:880(4-4-4-18) stable 30min. prime
    multi 13x
    bus:230, cpu speed:2990, ram:920(4-4-4-18)
    bus:240, cpu speed:3120, ram:960(4-4-4-18)
