They may not have done it for the "gains", threading them gives more mount options since you can use barbs and compression fittings, etc. Plus, if you run 3/8" tubing, no need for an adapter fitting this way, you can thread in 3/8" barbs.

The picture gives the impression that it's threaded..
They don't offer the front, so that means you would have to thread it yourself. Just threaded ends are wonderful, but thats not what they are selling..

I'm trying to imagine what this + EK D5 top would look like. That would be a big, heavy, blocky looking pump.

tapping the d5 for g1/4 thread is good, more versatile mounting different barbs. (some may wish for 1/4 id tubing to be used...)

giving it a shiny new skirt is also nice...

Couldn't a skirt do the same thing

I'm kind of dissapointed they made this without any performance improvements.

It's almost............. shall I say.. pointless

I think if it was a whole new modified front with performance gains in addition to the custom rear, then it would be worth it.

No need for the use of stereotypical names. I know that you are referring to a select group of automobiles, but keep in mind that not all Asians can appreciate that humor.

Honestly, some of us like myself are highly embarrassed by those automotive trends and do our best to disassociate ourselves from that culture and automobiles.

In my neighborhood, the people who drive those traversties are invariably not Asian.

How would you like it if I were to make other food analogies and called your computer "potato-ed" out or "tortilla-ed" out or "pasta-ed" out?

    Come on!@#$@%$#@

    Get the context right!!

To be risottoed refers to a souped up Fiat Abarth Punto or an Alfa Romeo Brera !!

How was my statement even remotely racist?

I did not say "asian'd out"

I said Ricer. Referring to a specific automobile as you said. I was in no way targeting any particular race, as I've seen people from every race drive "ricers"

I sincerely apologize if you took that as racist, as it was not my intent.

    All good?

All good, my man I was mostly joking, and stuff like that doesn't show very well via the internet No racial insinuations at all.

    im tempted..

just for the hell of it.

to make a FULL bling system with my 780i after eva chan is up.

Down to the LED Enzo Luna Cpu block, to the Koolance 9800GX2 LED block. Bling bling LED's everywhere. Just for the hell of it.

Down to the magicool radiator with a LED stuck inside that too. I'll even throw this on my D5 and drop a TOP on it also.

Im seriously tempted just to see what it would do.
