    Nehalem Overclocking at Intel Sweden.

Once again OCTeamDenmark was invited to the great event at intel Swedens headquarters, benching hardware that is still under NDA is always GREAT fun
Last year was great and getting and invitation again just made my year
Last years Event before NDA was lifted, Read about it here if you havent already..

After NDA was lifted we had some results to share

    Read about it here

Intel invited top overclockers from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

    • Finland : SF3D, Sampsa
    • Sweden:Kinc, Elmore, NH|Delph1 (Nordic hardware), Öjvind (The all Air bencher from sweclockers)
    • Norway : Aspertin, DP
    • Denmark: Nosfer@tu, Xt0m, Ivan

    NDA HAS ENDED

    NDA ended Yesterday

So here are some of the Results I managed to get In stockholm.
it should be said that I benched a bit with Ivan so some of the credit goes to him 2

1M Superpi 8.672 Sek (Have a faster one pr Mhz, but this is the fastest time I have )
    4914 Mhz x 8.672 Sek = 42615 Performance points.

PiFast = 19.42 Sek Single Cores calulation

    Wprime 1.55. 32M = 6.734 Sek

    Wprime 1.55. 1024M = 192.672 Sek )

    CineBench 9.5 64 Bit = 3508 points
We cant disclose much information about anything, So I will try and give you as much information as possible without breaking the NDA

We all arrived around 14.00 (GTM+1) today and after a lot of friendly chatting, the Asus P6T Delux was given to each of the 5 teams and a ……… NEHALEM CPU
I cant reveal the model number or Ghz, But the good part is we have 400 Liters of Ln2 delivered by my trusted friends from AGA, Part of the Linde gas group.
Finland, and Elmor, Kinc and Anders set up in a separate room, The Danes, Norwegians and Sweclockers in another room.
The Asus P6T Delux comes in a Retail box, manual, cables and everything. And the board has undergone a lot of testing, not a single bug found yet
OCZ has given some DDR3 16000 memory rated at 9-8-8@1,8 Volt and a lot of PC POWER & Cooling power supplies, 930 Watt peak at 50 C°.
Like last year everybody brought their own cooling and once more Kinc already had his entire system set up before arriving at Intel´s headquarters
Insulating the board is quite hard but with time and pations it was done perfect.
3 x DDR3 was mounted here at OCTeamDenmark and a small x1300 PCI-E card just for the CPU and memory testing.
Once more, We cant say much about the interesting this, Im sorry but this is the only way that Intel allows this cool event to be held this much before the NDA is lifted.
Day one was GREAT, it was decided to compete against each other in some different benchmarks.
    • SuperPI 1.5 Mod
    • Cinebench R10
    • Max CPU-Z validation
    • Vantage performance.

There is no Prices or anything, Just the pride and honour

I have a few pics, and will be uploading more when I'm not sweating in front of the Great Nehalem setup
It is almost 02.30 Here but I wanted to share what we experienced at day 1 as fast as I could.
So please excuse the bad writing and spelling mistakes

    UPDATE:

Here you have the first pics from the event!

Only two items.... both for Sampsa
    A) where is that hottie you seem to have ignored when you were with Woz at the last IDF?
    B) Actually, looking at the shirt you are wearing I think I understand why....

Some people have all the fun. I have so many questions but I guess all of them infringe on the NDA. So I'm just gonna say props to ya!
