Resume power from keyboard or mouse click - not working

I just picked up one of these boards and enabled the BIOS to turn on the board using a keyboard - "any key" or mouse click.

However it doesn't seem to be working.

Anyone else see this issue?? Is there another BIOS setting required?

Is there a more extensive guide to the BIOS anywhere? The manual is pathetic at explaining any of this.

    TIA

    P.S.
    Using QX9650 and Corsair HX620

    Config 2/3 or 4.
Timings on auto above 600mhz or 5-5-5-15 manually.
I found after i set the timings to CAS4 (ram can do up to 600mhz 4-4-4-4 on other boards)wont even save it in bios evn @ low mhz. After oc failed message i set the values again ram timings show as 3-3-3-8
    Sometimes it works though

board to board can bring BIG differences on memory performance and top tier memory speed....never think that a different board will give you equal performance....i found this board did BETTER with my corsair dominator memory than it did on my previous ddr2 boards.
