    My lucky day? New ram!

My 2 256MB Corsair sticks just arrived today.

    The name of the sticks:

    Corsair XMS3200LL DDR-DIMM 256MB PC
    CMX256A-3200LL
    CAS Latency: 2-2-2-6-T1

Im now running them on 240MHz 2-2-2-6 3,2v with no problems...haven't tried higher yet. Are they BH-5?

I ran it on 255FSB, but it was unstable...i think maybe it's my CPU that does it...anyway i got 6261MB/s with the ram on 255FSB 2-2-2-6 3.2v.

I just tested the ram on 240MHz again, now with the F1. Without F1, i got 5877MB/s...with the F1 tuned on, i got 5998MB/s

I forgot to test the ram with F1 on 250MHz and 255MHz, but i will do it later.

    Now to check it's stability

what about unbuffered scores ? buffered Sandra benches are not really that meaningful unless you like big numbers..Nice RAM though

    I will run unbuffered later

I got almost the same result in sisoft mem, using 2-2-2-5 Street Racer and F1 2-2-2-5.
