Both use Powerchips and are probably comparable. Do which ever is cheaper.

redlines here cost 19€ less than the Xp's so 19€ more for chips that they are 66Mhz binned Higher is not a problem
and both kits cost 119 € so i think i'am going for the Xp's but i found those too :/ http://www.plaisio.gr/product.aspx?p...727&catalog=20
4 of them cost 100€ but they are going to be 4 sticks then :/

    +1 for redlines.

Reaching 1200Mhz from a 2x2GB is gonna depend highly on the board.
I wouldn't buy a 2x2GB to hit 1200Mhz though, even if it has been done, doesn't mean the batch you'll be buying will.

    Nice.

But take CPU out of equation; i'm interested in max 5-5-5 speed.

Run lower CPU 2:3 or 5:8 ratio for that

BTW what kit did you buy?

i will give it a try n7 in one ore two days i'am curious myself to see the max speeds since most of the guys that got this kit here in Greece were able to hit 1100-1180 at least
    i got the corsair kit
and i will try to find one E8600 to see the max bandwidth of the mem's with higher Fsb

those speeds i managed yesterday rock stable i will try more today and i will update but i think that the cant go more than 1100Mhz they can go up to 1000Mhz with 1.9 Volt this is good because they don't even need the Fan on them they are cool enough more later tomorrow

I used to do stuff for Mushkin so know a good deal about the internal workings, without question the quality and performance of Mushkin memory is far better than Corsairs.
